Terrain paint help!

I'm having an issue with painting on the terrain. I'm sure I just screwed up a setting somewhere, but every time I go to paint the pattern it's HUGGGGE. Help would be very much appreciated! Thanks guys

Go into terrain settings and set the parking lot texture to "Texture Repeats B", then change the B value to 0.04144.
Mind Bender at SFOG is pretty great
