Zekken is GreenBulletProd's next project releasing soon. probably within the next few weeks.....Coaster-Crazy's rules do not allow uploads of the same ride multiple times so the ride will have a link to this topic. This topic will be updated with links to the other versions because the exchange page does not allow external links to sites. Not sure if Steam Workshop will allow multiple uploads but if it does all four of these will be available. The reasoning behind the multiple versions is to make sure everyone gets the best experience without having to extract the package to enjoy it. I understand not everyone has a gaming PC and even on a really good one NL2 can lag by the high amount of 3D.

Screenshots

Zekken will come in four versions:

Normal: Almost all of what you see in the screenshots with the exception of the Perimeter Fences.

Lite: The reduced one, this will have the bridge and queues downsized The bridge midways will be replaced with a painted texture. Lights removed so make sure you ride during the day, Date/time is frozen in this version.

Stripped: This will have almost all the 3D work stripped from the park. Most of the Queue models will be replaced with trees and shrubs. Everything but the bunker (It's necessary for the ride) will be GONE.

Insane: This one is untouched. Only download if you want to put your computer through a tough trial.

Just a tip of advice. If you are going for a Maverick style lift, there is only one fin in the center rather than 2 on the side, the same thing for the brakes.

Can't be helped, the Coaster Style in NL2 determines how this looks. Whether you hide Brake Device or Transport Device does not matter, you still get 2 fins.

I have seen people 3D model their own fins before and attach them to the track, but leaving htem would be fine also because of NL2's restrictions.

I see plenty of people leave them. It's up to you. Or you could be anal like me and make magnetic fins out of supports lol

You could use revisions to upload the several different versions - just make sure the final revision is the one you want to be default :)

I enjoyed your previous creation so I look forward to this one!

It's far better optimized than Elucidator so I think I've resolved most, if not all the performance issues. The size of the objects in total is slightly smaller and there's little to no lag at all on my PC. Even my new PC stretches NL2's DirectX 9.0 limits when running Elucidator. I'm offering multiple versions so that everyone can still enjoy it without the need of extracting the package to delete objects.

The only time I get any drops below 60FPS on Zekken is with all the lights on. This is due to the ambient lighting trick I use which is a spotlight with a much less intense omni light placed in the same spot; this gives a more realistic appearance.
