smiler contest idea

maybe you should put all gerstlauer coasters on the no build list. idk if they would use the same company after all the complications they have had to deal with.

-queue line
-fences (apart from the ride area boundary fence)

I think it would have been easier (and a lot faster) if you had a similar looking template. No need to be 100% precise with it.

i have no experience with the NL2 Editor or templates, so left it to someone who does.

NL2 skilled users know your objective well, I believe.

Btw, for the contest, maybe if JAMMY is ok, you could use a modified version of his Smiler recreation (http://www.coastercrazy.com/20722/The-Smiler--Alton-Towers-Resort--Recreation) as the template.

that's what I'm doing; he's working on it, then will PM it to me. as soon as I've got the template, I'll open sign-ups!

yes, it does, because if the Smiler got removed, they wouldn't fill it in (too expensive), they'd build a new ride in it.

Bad news, I'm afraid. During my computer switch-over the collada file of the X-Sector area has corrupted.

I think I have a backup somewhere on an old hard drive so will try and dig that out! If not, it'll just have to be a simple template.
