Is it possible to script a video clip to an object?

Say if I wanted to make a monitor that flashes an emblem similar to this:

I have never tried it before but apparently you can make an animation on an object and animate it with the scripting function setTextureAnimationIndex().

To get a video playing on an object its pretty simple... I haven't done it in a while so these directions may be a little flawed but oh well...

1. model an object (I modeled a tv screen).
2. Find the video you want and export it as images.
3. Find the folder with all the images (there should be a ton).
4. Go to NL2MAT and copy/past the images into one of the sections (I forgot).
5. Reload object in editor and it should play.
