Farewell Big Dipper(Geauga Lake Park)

The 91 year old Big Dipper at the former Geauga Lake Park is now a pile of rubble. I'm both sad and mad about this. Cedar Fair could of saved this coaster in some way.

I will miss this classic.

I guess it's better than leaving it up without anyone being able to ride it ever again, which would be a form of psychological torture for ride warriors. Not having the opportunity to reopen like Kentucky Kingdom did kinda reminds me of survivors guilt. Wonder if it's possible to reuse the wood.

Always too bad to see rides being demolished instead of being relocated. Looked like a fun ride! Shame I never got to ride it.
