Hmmm, what's the best site to see updated patch notes?

you can always look at them in NL2. In the menu click on "HELP" then click on "NEWS". That brings up the entire update log.

Did anyone else notice there is now an option to rotate a group of track nodes? How long has this been a feature? I feel so behind.
What are these for?

It's been shown at the editor preview trailer which came out before the game released. It's shown around 0:25 ;) :

Will give that a look, thus stopping me from coming into this thread ever again. Lol

You must don't play this sim very much.

^ You don't need to underestimate yourself. I rather say what you're doing is, I think, far better than what I build in NL1 lol. Heck I need to release something! xD

for the 2.5 update they said they'll switch to a deferred renderer, will this help with performance on machines with high-end GPU's? I feel like NL2 is not utilizing my GTX 1080 much at all, but this one game isn't why I bought it.

Basically, I can run Tom Clancy's The Division at 60 FPS easily but if I run my own park Zekken and I can dip into the 40's sometimes lower if all objects are in view.....even lower at night.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but where did you see that? I've seen peep about a new update, usually there's a big one around the holidays.

New update is apparently coming soon including new lighting engine that will massively improve FPS.

Do we know whether to expect new ride types? I'd guess so, with the jump to 2.5....

As of now no new ride types are confirmed and will most likely not happen.

I'm just thrilled they dumped the Apple development so that they can focus on the game. Developing for Apple has gone down the toilet progressively as they get more and more arrogant.

I'd rather have better optimization and better looking plants than new coaster styles.

Some isues I've noticed in 2.5 is that the volume effect has to have an increased distance to be visible and my lights are much darker in the sim than they are in the editor....

:: shrug :: i would still rather have had at least one new ride type, personally, especially since the major update made my game run significantly worse instead of better. The minor ones since then have fixed certain issues but overall it was a net decrease and they haven't been responsive at all about how to try and get the best performance after the update. But what can you do.

hmmm I did not have that problem at all and mine downloaded right away... I would suggest trying to re download it and check your internet connection and then if you have the same problem, contact the team at info@nolimitscoaster.de

Can you make the original benches invisible like track so you can sit on the newer park benches? They make for great pictures. It was a great idea to have it where you can sit on the benches. It's lazy if you cannot sit on the newer benches.
