I cannot customize my homepage with only nolimits tracks...and why has the site view changed?On my pc it's really smaller[V]

the site view hasnt change, or at lease it hasnt for my, if you have a huge resolution, it will be much smaller tho... and te homepage customizer simply isnt working... i donno whats wrong with it.
