nlpack to nl2pack conversion

Is it someway possible to convert the environment files from no limits 1 into no limits 2? I really want to be able to import certain nl1 tracks and scenery from tracks such as Millennium Force by AyTrane. I saw this image of the track at thenolimitsexchangeforum but I am unable to tell if the scenery was included with it.

I also want to import NL1 track from NL1 Packages. Like Grand Duice from Le Flo.
