Looks like a fun ride, too bad the empty car on the other side doesn't tell good news. I really hope it'll get more crowds then that.

That's a great way of not having the most advanced animatronics but still make them fit in with the whole ride, just let them be wooden puppets! :D

I commend you! +1! :D

It probably isn't but it's not like these parks get a big crowd anyways so that could very well be after opening as well lol.

The Mack triple launch is finally testing. Hopefully it goes faster than Star Trek.

Here's a POV of Capitol Bullet Train. It looks a little better than Star Trek but still pretty meh if you ask me.

While the layout looks short, it honestly looks like a really great, solid concept. I think the trains are too long for the scale, especially since Mack trains are bigger, since it seems like the loop was designed for hang time and so the back and front get shafted. The rear spike is essentially useless unless in the back, and even then, it's fairly short. At least star trek's has a cool roll and the front seems to go up higher. I feel like this will be a middle seat ride, short trains might have made the loop and spike great in all rows. The rest of the ride looks pretty good though. It seems like Mack ejector hills have no sustain, just a pop at the top, and although I could be wrong, and I've never ridden one, sometimes I wish for more sustained hills. DC Rivals looks the same with the bunny hills at the end. It could just be for layout purposes, but I feel like it's the designers style with bunny hops. I'm not here really to criticize, although I guess I am, but what I mean is that I love Mack rides, the designer (Sasha I think?) is top notch, it might be more of a personal preference. It does look like the fairly round nature of the loop and it's shaping will still give the front some air, but that would probably be my biggest gripe. On a loop that small with those long trains the hangtime seems like the front lags out, like, 100 degrees or something haha, more of a deceleration loop haha.

Anyway, sorry, this could of been summarized far better:

Loop has too much hang time and too small of a geometry for those trains in my opinion from the pov.

I agree with Pear - Star Trek's pacing felt really off, at least this picks up after the loop which looks as weak as Star Trek's rollover element. The ride is just too small to have sustained ejector though so I think they did much better with the rest of the layout - I'd almost like to see a trim post loop with a stronger launch just to maintain forces. Perhaps a 4-car train would be better on something this size.

Nonetheless for a small footprint ride it seems decent, I think this kinda of ride would be another string in the bow of Mack and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing similar rides popping up at smaller parks (would be great to have this at Oakwood :D)

This looks imo a lot better then Star Trek. Too bad this includes as well the anti-climax kind of launch on the transfer...

Yeah I'm a bit confused why they didn't put any LSM's on the transfer on both Star Trek and this. It makes the launch really forceless and ruins any kick the launch could have as well.

At least the ride itself runs pretty speedy. The Star Trek thing runs like it's about to valley constantly.
