How to do "wooden plates" on wooden coaster ?

do you know first of all how we call the sort of wooden plates on the tracks of wooden coasters

and how i can do it on my rmc woodie ?

You could use wood beams in the editor. Then you can set the height and width of the beam in the support settings.
