i think they should but they should tone down on the g's.. some have over 5! .....has schwarzkopf been doing anything lately? i havent heard of them building or planning to build anything recently. all i hear about them is how all of their jet-star rides are being torn down.
Anton Schwarzkopf is dead, which is why we don't see any of his coasters anymore. I think his company is still around in some form, but he was the creative mind behind it.
oh.. so there isnt any successor type person? and no, i'd rather ride a 4 g loop than a 5 g loop.. anything above 3.5 g's makes me black out.( its a bitch, aint it?) i like negative g's a lot more than positive [;)]
What's even better than that is a coaster that has a strong mix of both positive and negative. Check out Shockwave at SFOT in the back seats to see what I mean. It gives the sensation that you will be hurled across the park when you drop from the turns after the loops. [:)]
The best mix of gs is laterals, positives, and negatives. The last turnaround under the structure of Silver Comet has high positives while having extreme laterals at the same time. And on top of that, the headchoppers on that turn are the best I've experienced. Theres some good airtime coming into it turn, too [:)]
i like the kind of coaster that has good negative g's like the yankee cannonball.. your out of your seat more than your in it on that one! but i also like a mix of airtime and laterals like the back seat on excalibur @ funtown.
