There's a good chance this will be the only woody we ever get at Alton Towers, and it's a damn family coaster

Took some pictures on the skyride during my visit. I was surprised how close it was to the main entrance. Definitely going to pull away a bunch of the crowd from the other rides.

Nice to see progress on this. Not much to see yet, but it's something.

I'm hoping for one "eye-popping" terrain coaster, because it'll be at Alton!

If I??m not mistaken this will be the first Wooden Coaster ordered by merlin.
Lets hope they dont close it for years when the rails get a bit old

A tiny bit more excited about it now, than I was, seeing actual wooden track at Alton Towers. Just something I never thought I'd see, I guess. It's a shame it's not bigger/better and all that, but I'm sure it won't be completely terrible

On this picture you can really see how steep this Hill is!

inside the metal structure from when I was on park yesterday, I also have some of the lift hill which is now topped off but still downloading onto the PC

Why *is* the lift hill so shallow? Did we get to the bottom of it, I don't remember and can't be bothered to cycle back through the pages
