With over half of my ride still left unsupported I'm still not going to finish this and its not worth losing sleep over. But this was a fun challenge nonetheless and I look forward to seeing everyone's projects.

Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I wasn't able to finish my coaster properly for the deadline. I still want to thanks the organisation for putting this all together! I'll wish the rest of the competitors a lot of success for the next 2 rounds, I look forward to see the entries.

^^ I kind of had to comment (as a passer-by, though) that yours would be surprisingly fun! Keep it up!

I'm currently working on the public release of my ride; which will feature several performance and visual fidelity improvements; as well as some tweaking to the waterfall; environment; and supports of the coaster. I have already managed a 20 fps increase on my computer without sacrificing any visuals; and am on to modifying lighting and textures. I hope you guys enjoy riding as much as I enjoyed making.

Sorry for everyone who was waiting for the results today, but we had a bit of a mix up in the judging process and will have to delay the results until tomorrow. The results will be posted by 12 PM PST and round 2 will still start on the 1st of August as scheduled.

Thank you everyone for a great first round of the 2017 Nolimits Tournament! We received some great entries and spent a few weeks deliberating the final scores. We received 33 entries and had to narrow it down to just half of that for round 2. Because of this, only the top 16 will be moving on, but due to a tie for 16th place 17 members will proceed to round 2. Attached below is the rankings for each member including the average score which was comprised of the scores from all 3 judges. If your name is bolded in the list you will be moving on to round 2. Unfortunately, if your name is not bolded you will not continue to the next round. For more information about your scores please do not hesitate to contact the judges (Blase Rhine, Metazoanhaddock, Paradox). Once again thanks to everyone who participated and don't forget round 2 starts tomorrow!
