Suspect Rating?

Could someone check this out and see if I'm overrecting here?

This guy RRP gave my park a 5 while other people rated it much higher. I know it's not a perfect 10, but it seems to me like this guy just saw a high-rated file and wanted to knock it down. He didn't even put thought into the scores, he just put in whatever would equal a 5. Seems to qualify as a "suspect rating" to me...

Ahh, well at least he raised it to a six. Enough people have rated it so that it doesn't matter as much anymore. I don't want to start a big thing, so I'll just let it go.[xx(] Thanks for the great reviews guys.[:D]
