Meh, only from a capacity standpoint. Wider and longer trains mean less tightness-play force wise, and 4 across would be too wide for the structure. I agree, more capacity would be nice, but in this case I think it's worth it so various elements in design can be pulled off.

That train is flying. If I didn't know RMC better I might think the video was sped-up.

It definitely looks like it has a nice haul.

I don't know if you guys read Tony's review of the ride yet but it sure sounds epic.

I love that it looks like they're legit holding on and that they feel like they need to.

El Toro doesn't seem to have any problems with its 36 passenger trains and it pulls some pretty crazy forces. Not saying they could have done 36 passenger trains on steel vengeance but I think 28 passenger cars (7 - 4 passenger cars) is doable.

I don't think either of you are wrong - shorter trains do however allow you to give a more consistent ride across the whole train - I don't imagine the intensity of El Toro is as significant in the middle of the train compared with the front/back.

It's not mkingy, as you suggested. The middle has a less intense but more consistent feel over the hills. Nicely sustained airtime, but without the magnitude of force, jerk into the hill, or pull down the hill. So with Steel Vengeance there will indeed be less variation in intensity with respect to something with a long train like El Toro.

That ride looks amazing. The back of the park now has more than 1 good ride in it.

No audio, but watching Lord Schilke ride this with such a huge smile on his face the whole time is pretty cool.
