Hello!

Welcome to the official CoasterCrazy 2018 European Trip Meet! Last years official meets were a huge success and we want to continue doing them. This year for the European side we will be touring The Netherlands riding legendary coasters such as Goliath, Troy, Gold Rush, Baron 1898, plus a whole host more! The road trip this year is far more manageable due to the close proximity of parks within The Netherlands.

Now the choice is yours! Will you join us for one park, multiple parks or will you join us for all of them?

For planning purposes we have a facebook group set up as well as this topic, ask us for more details!

For those flying, we recommend flying in on August 5th and flying out on the evening of August 12th.

Depending on my work around that time. I should be able to visit one of several days. Just put me on maybe on all of them.

I intend to visit on all days and will also be driving

Toverland is my home park that I haven't visited in 10 years so I'll see if my job allows me to join there. I won't be able to go to any of the other parks though.

I'll probably try to attend all meetings as all of those parks are pretty near my home. But I'll have to check with my work first if I can get the days off.

If I can get those days off, I think I'll be able to have some guests at my house and provide transportation.

I'm strongly considering it. Not sure about some of the parks on there though. Any faires in the area during that time?

August is usually filled with many fairs all around. Biggest ones known are Eindhoven and Herne, which are usually around the time of this trip.
Herne as the 2nd largest from Germany and Eindhoven usually has a nice collection.

For the ones who are interested, on this site you can buy tickets for Avonturenpark Hellendoorn with a 32% discount. It's only valid until midnight (central Europe time zone).

Hmmm... Doesn't looks like it's going to be a super busy trip so far. If the interest is high enough I could inform for renting/driving a small bus from our company? Those small busses allow up to about 20 passengers.
Would be a great excuse for me to work and be off at the same time.

I have a very good friend where i can stay at night and have a free seat in his car.

I have updated the first post to include the new itinerary/schedule of parks due to various contributing factors. We will now begin on the Monday, and have combined Drievliet and Duinrell into one day due to their extremely close proximity to one another and small size. DippieDoe Familiepark is also now a potential half-day park meaning we can swap it out for Efteling or Toverland if we do not cover everything at those parks in a single day. I have also updated the members attending lists. Only two months to go!

I must work on 8 August at Toverland, so I see you then guys!

The planning for August isn???t finished, so I don???t know where. And I can???t ride Troy during the break!

I managed to arrange a day off on the 8th so I'll be able to join you guys for Toverland . Only until 4-5pm though.

Okay, from what I heard my current planning is apparently made until Wednesday so far:
Monday - Walibi: I can come but I have to leave around 13:00-13:30 for work.
Tuesday - Slagharen: I can come, I have the day off but not sure if I feel like paying a huge entry fee. I'll still ponder about this and see next week.
Wednesday - Toverland: I can come. I have the day off. So I'll see you guys there!
