Does anyone remember the Intamin Impulse that was suppose to go to go to Wuxi, but was removed to the final plans? Well, it seems like it's going to end up at the Chongqing park instead. From what I've seen, the reason for this is because over the winter, Wanda rearranged some of their planned coasters, with the big reason for this being to shift more coasters to this park, since it will have to compete with both Happy Valley and Six Flags.

In the meantime, here's new artwork of the Intamin Impulse:

While these are interesting they look like glorified dark rides to me

Some of those banking moments are so odd...

Unless it's just the perspective of the photo, in the first picture of the duelers, the green invert like actually banks the wrong direction coming out of that immelmann

Maybe it creates some negative vertical G's. The banking and pitch bend downward/yaw seems to be stretched out.

LOL I didn't even notice that Immelmann banking... It must bank that way for the dueling moment. The invert train will interact with its opponent due to that banking.

And it definitely is not a perspective thing.

I'm thinking it will have both negative verts and lats, lol; it's like a curving barrel roll

Intamin has been very comfortable with intending lats as of late.

Pretty fabuloso i must admit. I wish American parks had this much money (Disney wouldn???t do squat with it) to do detailed terrain and theming for massive rides.

Yeah the POVs from this will be VERY interesting. Too bad I still can't get over how bad a decision the colors were on this.
