This is a interesting new development from Island of Adventure. In and around the Jurassic Park area of the park, markings have been discovered infront of the Discovery Center in the Jurassic Park area.

Now rumours of the new roller coaster coming to the Jurassic Park section of the park have been gaining traction recently and these markings seem to justify that something is in development. I do believe however that with the Harry Potter roller coaster being built on the former site of Dragon Challenge, it would seem a bit too soon to get another major coaster soon after woulds, but who knows. Will be interesting to see how this develops.

An intamin blitz would be sick, but I see a flyer as more likely to differentiate itself from HP 2019
1. Voyage 2. Intimidator 305 3. Maverick 4. Skyrush 5. Mindbender (Galaxyland) 6. Fury 325 7. Kumba 8. Goliath (Six Flags Over Georgia) 9. The Beast 10. Phoenix

Looks like work walls have gone up around the skill games section of the Jurassic Park area in preparation for construction:

I'm also gonna leave this video from October last year that goes into a bit more depth about what this rumoured coaster will be:

With that layout I can definitely see how this might fit the mold of something like the Intamin multi-launcher headed to Parc Asterix.

They went longer than normal between markings/rumorings! The Harry Potter ride is going to be named soon and they still haven't broken ground on their next attraction. Someone put decaf in the coffee pot or something!
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

Definitely - especially with the compact style start into sprawling second half it does fit the theme of new intamins at the moment.

Alot of work has gone on over the past couple of months on the new Jurassic Coaster, including the construction of a new bridge linking Jurassic Park to WWoHP:

But this is most exciting part. Track has already arrived for the Jurassic Coaster and by looking at the track pieces, this is definitely going to be an Intamin project:

Certainly looking forward to following this one over the coming months.

Color me stoked as well. If the proposed layout is correct, this Jurassic coaster could best Maverick. And BGW's layout looks awesome too, they should announce July 30th!

Love the aerial updates. Interesting that track is on site but it doesn't look like work has begun on footers yet.

Well this was recently trademarked by Universal which could be the name of the coaster:

Aerial view of the construction site as of current. Which, if you look closely, you can see footers beginning to be placed:

Also, here's an update on all that track being stored over by the site for Universal's Epic Universe:

Believed to be for Islands of Adventure.
