[:(] Could someone instruct me on how to fix the G's. I am trying to make a new track and I just can not figure out how to fix my g's from going into the red. I am new at this, so bear with me.

you have the make the curve to the ground alot shallower. You should start pulling out of the drop at about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way down the drop. You should also make sure this section where it is pulling out the drop quite long, this should reduce the g forces

smothing it out, and making sure that it isnt jerky helps

It's hard to explain how to prevent red G's since it is different for every element. If you download some good rides from the exchange and take a look at them you can see how it is done. In theory you just have to make sure the turning radius of the element is big enough to fit the speed.
