So seems like Golden Horse has sold another one of these knockoff tilt coasters to Suzhou Amusement Land. Let's see how bad this turns out.

Just don't employ stupid people and you're golden.

That's like finding a Waffle House with no white trash in it.

They can't just make a real one?
Ok but how desperate you have to be to voluntarily fly from another country to go to Thorpe?

^^ The layout itself is not bad... Hope for the better transitions. :)

Another concept image of the knock of tilt coaster:

It's also worth noting that this isn't the only coaster this park will be receiving if you look at the plans here:

It's been known that the other coaster will be a launch coaster that is not being made in China. Not much is known about what it is apart from the fact it will have a height of 203ft. But, in Mack Rides promotion video, at 2:38, you will see drawings for a launch coaster that matches the stats for the coaster coming to the new Suzhou theme park:

...and here are the drawings in question:

Not related to the new tilt coaster, but it's quite interesting what they are going to do with their old SLC
*Likes Taron, Untamed, Troy and Colorado Adventure a lot*

The phrase "knock-off tilt coaster" sounds deadly when regular tilt coasters already look daunting as is.

Tbh, I wouldn't be surprised that with the current technology and knowledge, it's a lot easier to build one of those tilt coasters. The original tilt coaster is from over 15 years ago. Back then moving tracks was basically only used in transfer tracks, meanwhile now-a-days we even have moving switches with a train flying over it.

I kinda hope some of the western companies want to move their ground onto the tilt track grounds as it could lead to some really interesting rides and designs.

New concept art has emerged for another of the parks coasters, and this one might be worth keeping an eye on...:

PS: This is suppose to be from Mack Rides.

^ Looks like a Mack Launch (think Star Treck: Operation Enterprise), just with a full tunnel covering. Interesting. :geek:

It looks cool, i'm just trying to see what that sequence is after the top hat. It seems it'll go through a small roll before going back up into the immelmann.
