this is SOOO GAY!!!

i'm gay and want to ask this guy to my senior prom (i told ya this is "SOOO GAY") and, i dont have a clue as to weather or not this guy is gay or not aswell. so, i was wondering what most of you straight guys would do if a gay guy asked you out. (be honest!!!)

if a gay guy asked me out........... i would punch him out

for one thing, I find the gay thing pretty sick, kissing and liking another man. If a gay guy asked me to a dance or out, I would either curse him out, or tell him he's a dumb f*** for asking and puch him out, or just walk off cursing, but most likely punch him out.

Um, well, I'm not a homophobe, so I wouldn't hit you... I would just say, "sorry, I don't swing that way." If you are secure sbout your sexuality, then there is no reason to be so afraid of gay people. Guess what? Human sexuality is not black or white, it is a spectrum, and very few people are 100% straight. Does that mean a 75% straight person wants to have gay sex? No. But they will appeal to certain masculine traits. Why do you think men's sports are so popular among men?[;)] I think the vast majority of homophobes are reacting to cover up their own "gay" feelings they have had in the past. The rest of them have just bought into the anti-gay propaganda that has been infused (by people, for political and personal reasons) into Christianity.

I applaud you for having the courage to stick around even after so many ignorant and hate-filled comments have been made. A word of advice to you people who think it is disgusting and unnatural - get to know a gay person. You will see that they are not the perverted sexual deviants that some people portray them to be. 99.9% of the time, they are not having sex, so quit judging them as people based on this one small difference.

in my opinion, a persons sexuality shouldnt be the deciding factor of hating someone or not. I dont feel akward around gay people, they are humans too in my opinion, and hey, this is comming from a devout christian, and the bible says its wrong, but hey, i figure, they cant help being gay like we cant help being straight. So if you were to ask me out, i'd prob just say, sorry i'm not gay, but punching them out, you are just covering up your own insecurties about gay people and prob some other stuff too. And yes, it is like racism against blacks, or whites, or anything. Its STUPID. actually, rctycoon112, the bible does not say anything about gay people, nevermind saying that its wrong. i've resarched this a whole lot and it turns out that the term "homosexual" didnt even come around untill 1894. to the people who wrote the bible, it was just another form of realtionship. its later in time, after the bible was translated millions of times is when they inserted anything gay in it. either way, i appreciate your reply [:)]
