hate crimes

i don't why, but many hate crimes have pooprd up in my nabourhood. i was wondering what you think aboot this? i mean i can't belive it, people are actuaaly noking over GRAVE stones!!! and painting nazi things on jewish people houses its horrible, the city is doing next to nothing, but i don't know what to do, i was thinking what your opinion is?[B)][:(!]
