Oblivion breaks down frequently so its nothing new. Most the time is usualy does stop right on the edge of the drop but i have yet to expeirence it. The only ride that doesnt break down everyday at Alton Towers is Nemesis (and corkscrew i guess) and there the oldest rides there.

Corkscrew does, well the last 2 times I went to Alton Towers, I went on corkscrew at the start of the day and both times, we had to wait for about 30 minutes at the MCBR half way round. When we got off, each time we got free passes that enabled us to just go down the exits of rides and get on straight away with no queueing :D, so it was worth it.

Last time I went, Obliion did that, but I was in the last car to go over the drop before it broke, we went all the way round the ride and got to the brakes at the end and had to wait instead, lol. A woman came round onto the platform next to us and told us that it broke about 2 seconds after it let us drop, so we were that close to being hung from the top of the drop for ages, lol. I then said "ok, well screw this, I'm trying to get out!" So i started to weave my way out of the harness, i got my arms out and then she said "If you try to go any further, you'll lose your manhood" HAHAHA[lol]. SO i decided it would be best to just sit and wait :) lol.

What!? trust me, I will never be riding Oblivion again, its a pile of wank! [lol] worst ride I have ever been on anyway, its far too boring, nothing happens. So you can't unlock my harness, cus I won't be on it in the first place [:D]

It mostly depends on computers. Computers are always causing rides to break down most of the time. Coasters that don't use them to control the system never break down, if they do only extremely rarely...like say the rides at Knoebels for example, they dont use computers. I have yet to even hear of Twister or Phoenix breaking down [;)]. But yeah, I hate when parks use them to control coasters.

Or just NO! [lol]. What I could do, is get some kin of Thermo-Nuclear device and DESTROY Oblivion. (send Oblivion into oblivion [:D]) Then you would have no more Oblivion. I have no idea why you thin kits so good. Coming from someone who has riden it, its crap trust me [;)]
