Yes, but I would advise not using too many custom rides, as they can make a file really big.

I really don't know if I'll be able to finish this one....Jeez, I'm workin on something, and I have a brilliant idea for one part, but I don't know what the do with the rest of the area....I'm not good at making stuff that is built over water look pleasant.

I'm not good at making stuff that is built over water look pleasant.

Don't feel that you have to fill the whole area. A few well-done rides is preferred to lots of rides spread out all over the place.

Hey RCTandy, When you say number of tracks submitted what do you mean by that, and what number would i be?

Could I terraform for that area of brown rock and waterfalls? I ask that cause I got a very nice idea for an awsome rapids ride.

Some people may want to submit more than one entry, but usually each person only has one track (park) submitted per contest. If you do more than one, you must tell me which one you want to officially enter in the compo.

You may terraform anything on the island. The restriction is just there so people cannot make the island bigger or radically different by changing the coastline, so basically anything that isn't water, you can terraform.

I suppose you can if you really want to. I think the wall count is at 113, and four of the tropical background pieces can be deselected, so if you have less than 19 walls to add I would recommend not doing away with it.

you mean that there's a set amount of scenery that can be put in a park?? I knew there's a set amount of rides, but scenery?? Blah - I thought about taking it out anyway, b/c, to be truthful, I don't really like it that much - it's a wonderful rendering, but I think it kinda is just there...no function & takes up processor time/space/whatever....just my $0.02

Oh,um, oh well. I already did. On the fort, do we rebuild a fort there or just like a building for our piratey operations?

I rebuilt the fort...I'm not going to let peeps in there tho...I think the idea is that the fort is supposed to be one of those "look, don't touch" things.

The fort can be whatever you want - a fort, a building, a launch pad for space pirates...whatever your imagination comes up with.

And it's not a big deal if you take out the island backdrop, I thought it was nice compared to a park floating in a black vacuum, but that's just me[blah]
