I have a small idea, nothing big, just a little ity bitty tiny weeny little probably pointless idea, anyway......you know in the forum stats thingy bit, do you think it would be a good idea if instead of having "Top 25 Replied To Topics", we had "Top 25 Replied To Topics in the real rollercoaster section" and "Top 25 Replied To Topics in the site related section" and one for each one. I just thought this because the top 25 replied to topics will probably soon all be called "GAME" or something [lol] which isn't really an important topic, so you know......consider my idea [;)][lol]

That's no bad idea I think.

Could be difficult to organise, and the USA/UK/Other country split could be difficult to get around!

It could be done with a lot of hard work though RRollergod.
E.g. All memebers in the UK could go to Alton Towers, all in North America go to... , all in East America go to...

I know this has kinda been said but how about like some gambling games that you play with your points? like roulette, blackjact, slot machine etc...

And i think adding a new rating thing where as you get 25 points for rating a coaster, but you should take away 5 points for downloading one, that way people will have to rate to keep there point up and all them people that just download will be in the poop....

This has been discussed many times before and would probably just result in useless/false ratings.

(Wahoo! 100th post - Took long enough!)

thats a very good idea. the birthday cards thing is cool too. i cant realy think of anything else.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I just thought of something that you could change. When there is the most popular uploads each week, maybe split it into different categorys, for example top rct2 uploads, top NL uploads etc. I think this would be a good idea because RCT2 files take ALOT less time to make (unless its a full park) than NL tracks. a 9+ NL track takes alot more effort than a 9+ RCT. Also, do the top uploads get certain prizes?

it would be great to do that, a sign in so we can see how many are going, also people from england can maybe do that once, i know alot of dutch people here also so maybe can we do also such things like that. A new forum where we can discuss our trips, would also be nice...[:D] Only i still remember that i should go with a few members from a other site to SFH [lol]

I have seen this issue before on several sites; Perhaps an explanation of how to rate for newbies. Ya know, the ride is great so everyone gives a 9-10 ... paying ZERO attention to the pumping, pacing, MCBR failures, tree salads in the faces, or support collisions cause everyone rides the front car. (LOL)

What I am trying to say is maybe a little lesson on HOW to rate ... and of course going along with it is the creators comments, "I know this ride stinks, and has tons of pumping, pulls 12+ g's, and I made it in an hour, but I want you all to give me a 10 anyway."
Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.
