wws very slow

I noticed the last few days wws is VERY VERY slow here, we've got broadband (of course) and usually the pages load very fast. But the last few days it was like 30 seconds [:(][:(][:(]

The ping command that I used showed that the connection speed is very slow.

I'm in Troy, MI. However sometimes it runs fast, sometimes slow.
