To the distinguished members of WeeWeeSlap and especially the host mods (hello to all from C2K as well) ... I wanted to let you know and try to clarify why Johnson/Pete Stamm was banned from C2K (since the thread he created is now locked -- LOL). He was given ample, and I do mean ample, chances to change his ways. From profanity on the boards, to insulting members families, to creating such wonderful rides as "The White Retard".

As you may know, C2K is a fairly clean site and his "Vomit" ride was the absolute last straw. If you would like, I would be happy to show you the posts that were sent to him via PM's, and of course let you read all that was done to try to improve his ways. As a moderator I can say, we took a fairly aggressive approach and stuck our necks way out there for him when faithful members were SCREAMING for his banning. I see, however, that his vomit picture was not approved here either ... hmmm ... how odd that only he would not understand why.

Banning him was a decision of 4 people. He was given lots of chances to reform, and I assure you that no matter what he says, he knows exactly what he did over there and why he was banned. Again, if you would like, I would be MORE THAN happy to be sure you all knew as well. Not that I am against having rival coaster sites ... lol ... as there are rivals amongst parks as well - but I feel it is necessary to be sure C2K is not bashed in a forum like this where there is a one sided opinion. But then again, I am pretty sure everyone here knows the type of person it is coming from.

What is the point of this? This forumisn't for telling on people for what they did on another site. Im sure nobody here really cares what goes on at C2K. This letter is in response to the current situation on the forum discussion boards, as well as the NoLimits posting board.

The following are the allegations against you, as evidenced by various tracks posted on the NoLimits board:
You continually use inappropriate language in your track files. There are examples that I can pull up, but I will refrain from doing so only because it would be a waste of time. This goes against the C2K policies, which I am sure you have read. You have also given NL tracks offensive titles, such as your track ?????????The White Retard?????????. Think carefully about why naming your track ?????????The White Retard????????? is as offensive as any other racial slur.

The following are the allegations against you, as evidenced by various tracks posted on the forum discussion boards: You were asked politely to remove or change the offending file in the NL section by an upstanding member of this community, and not only did you refuse to do so, you also argued with that member and defended a ?????????freedom of expression????????? that is explicitly forbidden by C2K rules.

There are three options. One, you can change what you are doing, and be appropriate on the forums and ride sections, and there will be nothing to worry about. Two, you can leave the site of your own accord and therefore end these problems in that way. Three, you can continue to be defiant and do what you do, and get permanently banned from C2K. Those options are before you, and while I hope that you will choose option one, as you have the potential to be a productive member of C2K, the administration and the moderation team will not hesitate to ban you if you do not stop this of your own accord.

We hope that you will be respectful of us and of yourself in this situation, as well as the C2K community. We are not here to antagonize you, but we are required (and all members are required) to help keep things in order at C2K. You are out of line right now, and you have the opportunity to correct that. It is never a pleasure to recommend a banning or actually do the act itself ????????? we don't relish things like that. We do things like that to keep order and have the rules followed. I hope you will choose to follow the rules, it would be a shame to lose a promising coaster designer such as yourself.

I personally recommend that you PM or email me back with your decision so we don't have to keep guessing what you intend to do. Should you decide to stay, you are absolutely welcome to do so as long as you follow the rules. Should you decide to leave, that is your decision and yours alone. However, if you continue as you do now, you will be banned. Please respond promptly.

I'm matching up the ride he posted with the other one - it is very similar... I'm not sure it is s replica though. I have been transposing the plans on top of each other, and while things match up visually, they don't really do it physically. It is obvious that the other ride was somehow involved in the creation of his, but it could have been an influence (this is my analysis by the way...) instead of a direct modification.

After my conversations with the guy, he has grown to trust me, and I made sure that he is good and scared of lying to me. He says that he really worked his tail off on this ride, and that he used some NL packaged elements to help him with it. It is still obvious that the ride isn't 100% his doing, but he seems very genuine in his allegation that he worked really hard on it, and in his eyes, didn't steal anything from the ride.

My softer side is giving in a little in this case - I would let it slide and see where things go. He has ensured me that he would like to be a productive member of C2K. I told him to keep away from recreations for a while and stick to original designs, so everyone please be on the lookout for any cheating in that case - that would be very easy to catch, as opposed to this case which is harder, since the layout is already known.

What do we want to do collectively in this case?

JB -- I'm really torn on this. I mean, he is 13, and I am not sure how good is credibility is. His main problem with rates is the fact that the VERY unaccomplished raters at WWS give 8-10s like they are water, and we actually rate based NOT on how much we liked the design or how much he bragged on time spent. If the ride is crap, then the ride is crap and we say so.

I have seen more than once his workmanship is poor, and I do not feel that he is being completely genuine on this issue. Look at that last creation (Black Canyon) ... now, tell me he made this replica with such accuracy and finesse. I am sorry, if you can then you are a better man than I.

After all, we ARE talking about a 13 year old who not only came in as Johnson (and we all remember that episode), now he is Pete Stamm, when we know his real name is Jeff. I am sorry man, but his credibility is not only in the toilet, but is sitting at the refinery plant hoping to get a whiff of the furnace.

Hi, I don't consider c2k.com a rival site of wws.com as I visit that site quite often to read the styuff and what not and have seen johnsons / pete stamms actions there. To tell you the truth I am sick of him already and I have taken the first step in remedying this. Johnsons remarks on how he gets abused and what not are basically bs since heis the one that brings this stuff up to him by his nonsense and what not. At first I was alright, give him the benefit of the doubt, then he literally went plain retarded and did what exactly the thing he said it was not true about him. I can assure you he will be fixed. He also has an account as pete stamm here, we were leniant enough to let him slide away with the double accounts. But I do agree his attitude, posts and nonsense are out of hand and the members and finally I am sick of it. Thank you for bringing some more light to his character. It is very much appreciated.

WWS ... you are more than welcome. I am glad we have been able to bridge this gap. By the way, you have a pretty good site here, and I appreciate all that you do to further promote coasters and the games that support/promote them!

Tconwell, you are a sick man. Does it make you feel good to chase kids 20 years yonger than you and try to make their lives hell? I'm pretty sure you would qualify as one of those internet stalkers since Im fifteen and you're in your 30's. Sending threatening messages to a fifteen year old has to be ilegal in some way. I live in Fishers IN, he told me that he had family that lives in a town ten minutes away from me. He said he was gonna come over and kill me. He has sent me at least five pm's like that but I don't post them for everybody to see. He thought I was black so he started saying racist things and talking about the clan. He just sent me one today that said "Dontcha just love it? Bite me little boy."

Not really sick Johnson ... just trying to make sure that you do not EVER give a one sided view of an argument again. Perhaps you will learn this time, messing with people and then talking about them behind their back will only get you slammed. And oh yeah ... I was informed of your little tirade here by a member of both WWS and C2K - so you are being watched and the nonsense flag went up once you took it upon yourself to only present a half truth. Therefore ... now you are exposed. And, if your life is truly hell over an internet coaster site, then perhaps you ought to spend a little more time in the sun and realize that there are other things to do at 15 rather than creating a fantasy world of coasters and porn in your darkened room in Indiana.

Ok, this is getting way out of hand. First of all, TConwell, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I reviewed some of Johnson's lasts posts and have seen his maturity level remain very low. I dont believe, however, that there should be any fighting involved. To Johnson: Your acts on this site reflect very badly of you. Further, not providing proof of these "Pm's" that you claim to have lowers your credibility. A lot of people here are not that old, generally the same age as you. I am 16. This in itself blocks out your "hating children" argument. I suggest that if want to remain on this site, on either account, then you pull your act together. And while your at it, make sure you read the rules.
