I wouldn't keep them all...due to that they suck up so much space. Just keep the ones from the coaster you absolutely love.

I wouldnt keep to many. the more you have the slower NL loads

i sould say 5000 objects/textures, then is slowed down to me very hard [;)] if you don't want to lose your objects, move them to a other folder out the NoLimits folder, and when you need someplace them back. [;)][:D]
