Sure, just open the 3d tunnel in your chosen 3D Program, and add the texture you want.

In Anim8or
You will probably need to go into point/face edit mode (Indicated by an icon with 3 squares, then go to face edit mode (Indicated by a small triangle) and select the sides you want to edit the texture of. To select more than one side you have to right click a side. Then click on the UV Button and select the texture you want to apply to the sides. Just mess around with the settings and voila, you should have textured the inside. UV texturing works by applying the texture in the direction you are looking, and is very useful!

I use anim8or and what you do is click on the button with 4 circles on the upper tool bar. This is the materials button. Make a new material and click on the line next to "diffuse." Click on "load texture" and load a picture in .jpeg format. Then click on the material in the texture list in the same popup window to apply the texture to the object. If you want to have the texture on just part of the object, select the whole object, click on "build" - "convert to mesh." Now click on the button on the toolbar with three squares. Right above the buttons that say "front" and "back" on the side toolbar you will see 3 buttons (a square, a line, and a triangle.) Click on the triangle, which is the face edit button. Highlight the face(s) that you want the texture to be applied to, click on the material of your choice, and click apply.

For me, I import it into anim8tor, use the material function by simply applying it, but it didn't work. Like I tried a rainbow texture, but the whole thing was purple for some reason.
