IOA easily - Dueling Dragons AND The Hulk coaster - as well as some amazing simulation rides.

i like epcot. there's not many thrilling rides there but the park has such a nice atmosphere. and although the rides at IOA are good, the park is crap. its soo... fake. but hey, what does universal ever do that's not fake?
