Those reviewers who complained that trees blocked/collided with the track didn't bother to read the instructions contained right on the download page, where it is requested to use the flying dragon env. it is partially the fault of the creator as well, as they didn't bother to give the env. the same name, instead it is listed as FD, but I didn't have any problem figuring that out, and with the proper environment, there are no tree collisions.

maybe you should make sure the trees arent close to the track so even if they dint DL or use the enviroment, there would be no tree hits? I do think thats unfair though.

Actually, I never found any instructions. He should have just simply selected it. His loss. But I have a coaster just like that with little squiggles in the water and the env was obviously selected, yet someone complained about tree collisions, although it was obvious that there was an env, and the person riding it should keep it set on track default. That option's there for a reason, you know. I'm not going to waste time having to select it because once it's installed, I juist want to ride it w/o quiting the sim to go back and select the env. People should just leave it on track default anyways. I think NL should combine envs as if they were part of the track and keep them close together. Bottom line, people should just spend more time instead of rushing to make sure their track works out. Selecting it isn't even that hard to remember and is an obvious thing to do. Sometimes people with the best tracks don't do it so I just ride it the main env and they don't get any extra points for it. This is especially needed for track packs as the DLer will just wan tot ride it once installed... w/o and annoying delays.

Such a fuss about such a small thing . If you overlook a line in the description telling you to use a certain environment then that was your fault. Of course it would have been easier to use the auto environment select option, but that's just an option that can easily be overlooked or forgotten. Also when trees are almost on the track, you can think of the fact that it might have a custom environment.
