I read the info in that link edge, its a bit disturbing esp since it reminds of the weather here. I live in Atlanta Georgia and i remember in January, we had a week of nice weather of about 80 or so degrees, then the very next week we had a little ice storm and after July i dont think we are in a drought anymore, it rained almost everyday, didnt even use my seasons pass. If we have another ice age then we will just have to adapt to it. Ofcourse we can prevent it from happening...

The truth is, even if everyone stopped doing everything that is causing global warming its still going to happen. Ok we can stop it happening in our lifetime, but its still going to happen. I cant see how everyone will be able to adapt to the whole northern hemisphere being frozen - farmland would be destroyed, and like that article said everyone will starve to death.

you cant stop global warming from happening, thats a part of life, what needs to be stopped is the melting of the ice caps.

does it also give you the compulsive disorder to spam?

Also i dont really appriecate you telling me to do some research when quite obviously i have done a hell of alot more research than you, and since i dont live in Canada its actualy quite hard for me to tell the weather there for some reason.

Spam? What spam? And if you did infact do some research like you said, that would have included weather patterns over Canada.
It takes a pretty dull person to assume that Canada is covered in a giant icesheet.

....even if most of canada is covered in ice, who cares? why is everyone taking offence? yes canada gets warm in the summer, but they do have permafrost in the northern parts, and when i went to quebec, our tour guide said that parts of the city get covered in 15 feet of snow and ice. why does it matter so much if canada is covered in snow and ice?

Because its a stupid stereotype, just like when someone talks in general about Americans being dull, hicks or stupid like Goerge Bush
