Lol, actually I'm pretty small [;)] It just doesn't make sense how going vertical produces airtime, since theres nothing that would throw riders up in their seats. If you mean theres air as in you go forward in your seat when the train starts rolling backwards/forwards down the spike, then yes I agree with you because you float a bit then. But technically, thats acceleration/deceleration gs since you don't actually go "up" in your seat.
Umm, airtime usually refers to a sort of weightlessness....and the motion of the train going up and coming back down produces this sort of floatation....it's not really airtime, but it is the same sort of thing, your body is just in a different position.
Oh yeah, and I agree with ya though, there sure ain't much air on Twister, though it is a sweet ride.
