what is the point of this topic, i highly doubt that there's gonna be a lot of silver built recs, probly about 3.

If its a cool coaster why not recreate it? And if too many people create it, then dont download it. Its as simple as that.

the problem is that many people d-load it so they can give it a bad rate... insted of rating it for what the ride actuly is, or just not d-loading it... its a problem...

The people that do that should be punished somehow, maybe be given a suspension from rating or downloading any tracks for a week or so

I doubt there wil be many reacreations as it will be too hard for the noobs to build

Shouldn't this be in the NoLimits discussion? Anyway I agree with The Edge, it will be very difficult to build, unless a recently released program has something to do with it...

even if they use that element builder tool it still takes a bit of knowledge about nl to use it

I doubt that will happen, Silver Bullet is a much more complexed ride than Top Thrill Dragster, and I hope that no one tries to recreate it if they are not skilled at designing. When it comes time for opening day, I will try it out and see if its anything special like Talon. But if there is no air time, I will be disappointed, but at least Knott's will have enough coasters now to make it worth while to have a pass, yet again.

How is it a bad thing to punish people who abuse their priveleges?

Fornication Nation - For a start they are not abusing there powers by uploading tracks. As long as the track is there own, then there is no problem. The idea of banning/suspending these members is not a good idea as it would make the place hostile, and also what GRIM said

I didnt say anything about anyone who upload the tracks, I was talking about the people who download them just to give it a bad rating because of the fact that there are lots of recreations of a paticuler coaster. and I dont mean ban them from the whole board, but limit their downloads of tracks or ability to rate tracks for a week or so...or even put them in the moderation queue so that their ratings need to be approved by a mod here (although im not sure if you can do that on snitz powered boards)

Ah! Well if we started punishing members, it would detere them from rating tracks etc. Too tired to type

Thats why you only punish the ones that continously rate coasters just to give out bad ratings
