Now we know why the next version of NL is taking so long time [;)]

Me want this! [^]

????????? Customized cars! (can we please, please, please get those cool motorbikes in the next version?)
????????? MUSIC!! Way cool. Please give us an option to play music with the ride.
????????? Customized tracks! Cool launch of the bikes. To bad it didn't move. But still very cool.

I really look forward to NL:s next incarnation.

It doesn't say anywhere in there that those features will be in the 1.5 update though. For all you know Vekoma could have just paid a wad of cash to the developers to put some music and that high level of detail into the demo.

I would be lucky if I could view the cars at 10fps. You need all those geforce2 cards and all that crap. Oh crap, My comp isn't ready for 1.5. I can't afford any of that stuff either. Help?

The motorbike train will be in the update! That launch was made just for the motorbike coaster and it is not going to be in the update. Just for your information.. hehe I am glad all of you are having fun with it and like it too. [:D]

Now I see you did the scenery, great work [pshades] Well, great work of the entire NL team because everything looks awesome, I also like the new animated brakes and the new motors on the friction wheels. [:)] Another nice thing that the motorbikes will be available in 1.5. Looking forward to see it!

Ok, I just went back to it and tweaked some vertex setting thing and the fps jumped up to 15-20. Not too bad.

I'm just really REALLY worried about a coaster in 1.5 bieng loaded with 3ds's, and terrain, and then the fps rate could drop back to the levels I was shouting about.

the framerate on this demo is low because all the objects are 3ds objects, in the actual game version, they won't be and the framerate will be much better

my frame rate stayed pretty good, but for some other people, it was really low, it could have been that they had detail on to high.
