Is that an NL coaster for the 'New Tower Coaster layout'?

yeah it is an NL coaster, quite obviously [lol]

and that 'thrilllift' looks proper ace, looks as if it would feel a bit like the drop on "gravity max"

thirllift looks like it would have low capacity

Err dude have you thought about how quicker the lift time would be sence there is no lift, The thrillift pulls the train up to the top quick and then drops you. Depending on the speed it could take more or less time than an average lift, but I would think it would speed capacity.

You werent talkin about the thrillift being an intamin idea were you? cause it aint. Look here at the VEKOMA HP: http://www.vekoma.com/[. Check under rids, mega coasters, thrillift.

The new vekoma cars look sick! Hope they provide a smoother ride though

Well seeing as how a train full of passengers could wiegh over a ton I doubt it could lift it any faster than a convention chain or cable lift. I guess the capacity depends on how tall the lift is.

Actually on Vekomas site under the thrilllift description it states that the lift will allow for higher capacities, just go to the page that BrtnBoarder described.

One of our latest variations on the roller coaster theme.
The train is pulled to the top of a lift hill where it stops on a flat section. Anticipation builds with the riders as they realize that this is not quite an ordinary coaster. The train suddenly pivots swiftly into a vertical position. Riders at the back are raised up, riders of the front coaches lowered down all looking straight down into the narrow mouth of a tunnel that barely seems to fit the train.
Suspense builds until the train is released into a vertical free fall and rockets underground and out again onto the rest of the wildly looping track.
This is another original ride that few rides can equal. It combines a looping coaster ride with a free fall experience, in a fashion not previously seen in roller coasters. Since the ride experience in the front is quite different from the back, guests will most probably come back to try the ride repeatedly.
The tilting of a piece of track with a fully loaded train on top - the seesaw - is a great eye catcher and marketing tool and could become the trademark image for your park.
Creating a new ride is as exciting to Vekoma as it is to your guests to ride.
Creating a new ride is as exciting to Vekoma as it is to your guests to ride.
The tilting mechanism was designed and more rigorously tested than any element before.
Features like the holding mechanism that keeps the train firmly in place until release, and safety devices that monitor the ride's sequence had to be specially designed for the Tilt Coaster. The seesaw element can now be applied as a special feature in any looping coaster design.
Be one of the firsts to add the latest feature in roller coaster innovation

It doesn't actually say it would allow for higher capacity

"The unparalleled experience of this first ever and completely new lifting system will challenge the true coaster enthusiasts around the world.

The loaded train is lifted horizontally to the top of the track. A special tilting mechanism uprights the train in a circular movement and positions it correctly in the vertical drop-down position. The tilting and hoisting are combined in one movement.

The speed of the tilting adds an extra dimension to the thrill and contributes towards reaching a higher capacity."
This is a direct quote from the page under thrill rides under thrilllift, just go to Vekoma.com, then mega rides/attractions, then thrill lift.
