Who the hell cares if their parks aren't themed to giant proportians....at least I don't see any clone coasters sitting out in the middle of a parking lot at Canada's Wonderland. Plus, Paramount parks actually care enough to offer a wide variety of rides, including FLAT RIDES...what a though, Six Flags. I would love to have just one of the flats that Canada's Wonderland has at SFGAm. Paramount parks by no means are very crappy...to say that is pretty moronic.

Please don't be offended.

LOL but you do have a clone sitting at PCW in the park in the form of one of the crappiest small mouse rides ever...those Zamperla Prison...err Flying mouse rides. ;)

Nemesis is nothing special? What does that make Montu then? Nemesis is a lot more original than other B&Ms, much more than Montu...Montu isn't anything much different than the other B&M inverts out there.

i agree, look, vortex is a clone, or been cloned, top gun is a clone, MCMB is a clone, wilde beaste is a clone, bat is a clone, tomb raider is a clone, skyrider is a clone, taxi jam is a clone, and the ride names are used over and over, and the flat(at least at PCW) are so tame, and made to be tamer, and the rides could be ALOT better. im not saying PCW sucks, but it could be totally fab if i had some say in what goes in that place.

and "please don't be offended"

edit: oh ya, and just because 3 out of more then 100 coasters of six flags are in parking lots, dosen't mean they all are!!

well some of the rides are in parking lots, but they also have minor theming to them, PCW just sticks there rides on flat land, and there old school.[xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][stupid][pdie][r][r][sillyme][stoning]

i dont think nemesis is very over, but i think it is alittle, i mean, a b&m coaster uses more theming and some terrain, and the inversions arent in the order they are on most coasters, that makes it original, but it doesnt realy help the ride that much imo.

Are you trying to tell me that I haven't been on Raptor and Montu?? Because I can tell you now that I have fart face [lol] they were really nothing in comparison, they were really good and stuff but, well, they just didn't pack the same thrill that Nemesis does. Tell me, have you even been on Nemesis? As you were saying that Nemesis is nothing special, but if you haven't been on it then you can't say can you......beaten by your own logic! Unless of course you have been on it hehe.

Though I would probably say that Nemesis is as good or better than Raptor or Montu (been on Raptor, possibly Montu in the coming weeks) but I think I aggree with Katun being better. Yes, Nemesis is small, compact and packs a wicked punch. Not to mention the great themeing. Though half of it you cant see as you ride, the other half is still 2 times more than any other ride.

But Katun...wow. so large, so steep, so graceful. Ive also got some actual G readings from the park itself and it hits 4+ G's 2-3 times, something that most Beemers dont do. Katun just looks too dang huge not to be awesome. Then again, Expedition GeForce and Goliath kick the crap outa all of those :P

Yeah, Katun does look better than most if not all B&Ms. The first drop looks like it would have some air, the zero g roll is profiled so much better than other B&Ms' zero-g rolls, and the helix at the end of the ride is powerful and gets extremely close to the ground. I also like the layout of it more than other B&Ms.

Do you mean Goliath @ SFMM? I found that to be a pretty boring ride. But Expedition GeForce looks like one of the best coasters in the world.

Yea, the only thing Goliath at SFMM is good for is the rediculous helix near the end.

Im talking about the one at Six Flags Holland...mmm, pretty ride.

Even the helix felt forceless to me, even though I got tunnel vision from it. I didn't feel much gs on the ride at all.

Goliath @ SFH does look like a very cool ride, but the helix doesn't look very good and the ending seems like it loses a lot of speed. And the last hills have smaller parabolas than most Intamin hills, for less sustained amount of airtime.

I havent heard that at all. If you got tunnelvision, that just means that the G's were laid on you smooth. Dont expect a new designered steel coaster to not have smooth gradients in either G's or design.

As for Goliath, Ive got a bunch of onrides and I kinda at first was iffy on it. The "buckles" dont see to deliver airtime, but Ive talked to quite a many people now and each one has sworn by that ride, having airtime on every hill but the stengel dive and thats sorta floater anyways. But yea, when you look at it and analyze just by pictures or even onrides, its hard to really feel the ride.

Apparently the ending helix is rather forceFULL as well, its very tiny and nearly the whole train takes up 1/2 of it.

Yeah, Goliath at SFMM is a dissappointment, just like a lot of their other rides. But.. Goliath@SFH looks very well built. But, seriously, I think that the Golden Ticket Awards are semi biased. I think that overall, Europe has greater rides than America. THat one B&M looked pretty good. And I know that MF is no where near the greatest, nor is TTD, even if it is fun. I'm sure I'd have just as much fun on that as I do Xcelerator.
