Not only is it not explained, it also tells the uploader not to do so again.

I dont care how bad a track is, that is just unnecessary. It is unfair and discouraging.

im letting it stay. obviously he didnt spend quality time with track. When he says please dont post again, im assuming its another coaster like that with very little to no quality.

btw Shortkid Carlosio did not post the track

Second of all the rating is not a appriopriate as the user is deterring the user from uploading tracks and improving his skills. So rated has been deleted
