Stolen - he says he has permission although Masterpi is not a member of this site and this cannot be confirmed. That's like me stealing a ride of Real's (let's pretend Real is not a member of the site) and then posting it here, adding 3ds - and saying that he granted me permission to upload his coaster, even though he never did. He also states that this coaster was created after the NL 1.5 update, when the 1.5 update was released sometime around Fall 2004 - the identical track was uploaded at C2K a year before the 1.5 update!:

Well, I asked MasterPi last night if he had given you permission to upload Lenny the Lizard...but I guess he didn't. Here's my reasons why this isn't MasterPi's or your 3Ds work and that this is stolen:
1) MasterPi said he sent you Heaven's Looper to spoof up with 3Ds and post that as your track. These rides are completely different!!
2) I sent Lenny The Lizard (a.k.a Lenny and Lenny Lizardhead) to MasterPi and he clearly stated it wasn't his.
3) TConwell showed you it on Coasters2k, where as MasterPi hasn't even posted Heaven's Looper on his site due to it isn't finished.

5) The track already came with the 3Ds, so obviously you didn't do them.
So yeah, you stole this from Johnimmo or w'e his name is, and not from MasterPi...nice try, you might have let it slide if I wasn't so etchy about this.
Oh, and by the way Brtnboarder, MasterPi doesn't really post his rides. I found out he played it a few months ago. MasterPi is just his screenname on CounterStrike: Source and he likes to be called that. His real e-mail is Legend090. He speaks french and english, which would be convincing if it had been found at the french site, but it failed. plus, he likes to keep his rides to himself, he only has 4 complete ones.

Yep - they are on C2k (well some).
I can confirm that this ride also truly belongs to Johnimmo.
