Hey i just bought Doom 3 the first one so not the expansion pack, and i load it up and put in my cd key and all that jazz, and when i try to put in the second cd, now note that the first cd loaded up and installed perfectly but i put the cd that specifically says "disk two" on it, it says "please put in disk two" i have tried all sorts of stuff such as virus scanners even though that may have nothing to do with it, and i exchanged Doom 3 for another copy because i thought that one of the cd's may be a bad copy, i tried to put the files into a different folder...everything...and btw if you are wondering everything is up to date on my computer, i checked it before i bought the game but if you wanted to know my system specs anyway here they are:
Pentium 4
1 gig of memory ram
Ati Radeon 9800 Pro

after installing the first cd it's just take out cd 1, put cd 2 in it. Then press ok. Then it should install cd 2 without any problem...

normally if you have installed the first cd you should be able to install the second one when it asks for it. Maybe a pop-up blocker has blocked the request for putting in cd 2?[confused]
