this is retarded, the park has been there for God knows how long, and I'm sure they moved in after the park was up. They should have thought about that before living there, losers.

All I have to say is.... "go to hell, you f*&@ing bastards". Who wants to join my angry mob? Let's burn their house down and make them move. lol, just kidding. Still, they need to shut up and deal with it already.

I keep hearing this "100 yards" deal, but is there housing REALLY 100YARDS from the park? Thats VERY close...I play golf and thats really quite a short distance, thats 300ft. I can walk that in about 2-3 minutes tops.

And yea, if you chose a house THAT close, you had to be out of your mind, OR, they just knew that if anything got out of hand, they would play their "Im old, Im arrogant and Im stupidly persistant and will get my way because Im acting like a little child"

It could be true. I know at my homepark of Paramount Canada's Wonderland there are BIG housing developements literally just across the street from the entrance and on all side of it pretty much.

But of course, no one around here complains about the park :D

here is an aerial picture of how close the housing developments are to Wonderland:

Cedar Point is great cuz its out on the peninsula. They won't ever get noise complaints. The bad thing is that you are not allowed to enter the park if you walk there.

those housing though are between an expressway. Im QUITE sure the expressway creates more noise than the park, and in a way, its like a barrier. And they cant complain about the noise from the cars cause, well, the freeways not goin anywhere.

The Ropers are clearly poweraddicted or something. England is, hmmm, how to say, not exactly a complaining nation, we're too shy, we don't like to complain, well most of us don't anyway, we usually just grin and bare it.

About that "100 yards" thing, its true that there is houses that close and I'm sure that there is houses closer. You can see houses as you go into the main entrance of the park and you can also see a road through the trees if you stand behind Oblivion and that road leads to some houses so there is definitely houses that are about 100 yards away. But I'm sure theres more than one and the rest of them don't complain, its just these bastards. I think it would be really funny if someone blew their house up.....if anybody asks, it wasn't me [;)] I gues they do have a right to complain though as the houses in the general area are extremely expensive, but having said that, if these people can afford to buy a house like theirs......surely they can afford double glazing?? Problem solved in my book [lol]

I guess I picked a band picture lol, but on 2 other sides of the park, there are also houses with only a 2 lane road in between them and the park

yaa, but dude, wonderlands rides make little to no noise at all, all you can hear are screams of pain. and the highway makes more noise, more so at rush hour.

anyway, the "ropers" should go to hell because obivion is one of a kind, sorta, and that hole fire works thing, get a life people, there pyro, its cool.

After I signed it, but like I said in the other post, you people after go through eggs, toilet paper, and flaming bags of dog crap at their house, then they'll most definately leave because of troublesome neighbors.
