2. Two hours after park closing, which Cedar Point ride mysteriously vanishes from the skyline?

a. Top Thrill Dragster
b. Millennium Force
c. Power Tower
d. Giant Wheel
e. Mantis

3. Which of the following Cedar Point rides does not contain aircraft warning beacons?

a. Millennium Force

5. How many total rides are at Cedar Point as of the 2004 season?

a. 56

6. How many total rides were at Cedar Point during the 2003 season?

a. 63
b. 65
c. 67

Answer: D
(It??????s true?????? For the 2004 season, Cedar Point removed the Swan Boats ride, giving them 68 rides in 2003 and only 67 in 2004. Still, that??????s more rides than at any other amusement park in the world.)

7. How much does it cost to leave a pet at Cedar Point??????s pet check for one day?

a. $5
b. $10
c. $15

a. Sweets and Treats candy shop
b. Confection Connection
c. Stockade Refreshments
d. Spiral Candies
Answer: B
(Another of those questions that every employee has to know. Even though Sweets and Treats is right next to the food stand I worked at, and there is a big sign that advertises the elephant ears, in 2 months we still got a grand total of 3249 guests that didn??????t know where to get elephant ears. Ah, yes, I do have way too much free time. [;)])

12. When Disaster Transport first opened in 1986, what was its name?

a. Cedar Point
b. Cedar Point and Geauga Lake
c. Cedar Point, Soak City, Geauga Lake, Michigan??????s Adventure, Dorney Park, Wildwater Kingdom

16. True or False? The apex of Top Thrill Dragster can be seen while driving on the Ohio Turnpike, 13 miles from the park.

a. True
b. False
Answer: A
(This may be hard to believe, but it is completely true. On my drive back to Cedar Point from Michigan??????s Adventure, I looked toward the tree line on the north side of the Ohio Turnpike, and there was a giant red and yellow spike barely visible over the trees. TTD was shining through the night sky on the horizon, a whopping 13 miles from Cedar Point.)

So, that meant you were west of CP on the Turnpike correct? Your elevation must be pretty high, I take Route 2 which is way closer and at points its completely hidden by trees, houses or busienss. I should take the TP (even though its way out of my way lol ) just to see that.

Nice quiz.
