I already bought mine. Custom Schecter C-1 FR guitar. Bought it saturday as basicaly knocks all the competition out of the league. Without a doubt the best guitar ive ever played and is far superior to the higher priced Gibsons. It plays very much like a Fender but with a wider range or versatility, literaly allowing to go from heavy metal to American Blues at the flick of a switch. Awesome guitar...but due to the large price tag its the only present i get this year [lol]

Damn straight Schecter is a nice guitar. I was originally going to customise a Tempest guitar to look like this but adding the floyd rose bridge and also the metal nut would have cost me over 600 quid which i cant afford. So i got the C-1 FR customised to add a coil tap switch, get rid of the ugly dots and ust have a fancy emblem on the 12th fret and also continues the runners down and around the neck, just to give it that awesome look. Here's the original version and ill take some pics of my custom shopped one when its Christmas Woop!

I would like world peace and....oh, wrong one there.

Actually, Id like a Canon Digital Rebel SLR. Since i wont get that, I want a Dragon Coaster model...but I wont get that either. I would like my girlfriend to not end up going to Florida for an internship without me, but that wont happen either.

Lookin grim huh? :X I have gotten an MP3 player early, mainly for work so I can keep my mouth from movin and get stuff done so I can get promoted.

Im not a real needy person. I guess I would like a new computer. This ones kind of old and my monitor is going a litle fuzzy after 3-4 hours of use, which makes it hard to see at normal brightness/contrast. But thats not a need, its a want. I tend to only get things I need and in recent years strayed away from things I want.

2 foot pedals, Marshall amp, Radeon x800, and some games, and some little unimportant stuff which I could care less if I get. But they would be nice to have.

I already have a Marzocchi fork nation :P

Its an old one though, 2002.

I'd love to get one of the new Fox TALAS forks, but they're upwards 500 bucks.... :(

I guess you mountain bike? What kind of bike do you ride?

True Fox's are nice, but I find them to be a bit on the heavy side.
I'm not riding this year (due to lack of money haha) but I ride a customized Kona setup for cross country racing I also had a Kona Stinky DeeLux for having fun when I want to do some freeride/downhill stuff. But my next bike will be a frame made by Oryx and I'll just build the rest.

What bike do you ride? Where are you from?

A few DMB CDs, Led Zep III, Zep shirt, Floyd shirt, and some other stuff that I've yet to decide on....

I ride a 2002 Specialized Enduro whenever I want to have fun, but my cross country bike is an older (2001) Specialized Rockhopper w/ hydraulic discs.

I rarely ride it anymore though, my Enduro is good for bombing through jut about anything.

Oh, and uh... yea I swear by Specialized :)

The 2002 Enduros are the first line to have adjustable rear suspension thanks to Fox, and my Marzocchi up front doesnt match it. I'm lookin for a long travel (not downhill long, but enduro/freeride long) fork with adjustable travel and lockout (the Bomber doesnt even have THAT).

I wouldnt mind upgrading my brakes either for christmas haha. currently i'm running shimano deore hydraulic discs, but I want to upgrade to one of the Hayes brakes or maybe the new XT discs...

So many components... so little money :(

Edit: I'm originally from near Pittsburgh PA, but currently I live in and around the Laurel Mountain Range.... lots of fun to be had :) Especially with Seven Springs just an hour or so away :)

ahh nice, Specialized makes some good bikes.
and yeah from what you have said,Fox is a good choice for the type of riding you would do with it. Fox's are strong and durable.

I havn't tried out the new XT disc brakes yet, but the previous model had awesome stopping power and are great for free riding.

Where abouts is the Laurel Mountains Range?
I havn't really travelled anywhere outside of my local area other than to Mt St Anne to go riding. Though I do plan on going to Moab/Slickrock and out to British Columbia to visit the northshore in a couple years. whenever I make enough cash haha

The Laurels are just a small mountain range in western (bordering on central) pennsylvania. Seven Springs is a popular ski resort thats right in the middle of em, but its great for mountain biking as well. Theres alot of trails around here that I'd love to hit, including one that goes through an abandoned ghost town, but I don't have the time (with classes and such). Moab is a distant dream to me haha. Man would I love to ride Moab.

Hey, whats up with the ads on the bottom of the page? They are all mountain bike ads by google... Does it automatically change the ad based on the content of the thread or something?

oh true, it sounds like you have some awesome trails over there. Up in Toronto the trails have been slowly getting worse and worse due to the rapidly expanding city, which really really sucks because I have to drive at least an hour and a half just to ride on some decent trails.

Yeah I think Google Ads automatically change the content of the ads to reflect the majority of the content of the page

Yea, I hear ya about the trails steadily getting worse. I ride all year long, but obviously, summer is the premier riding season. It seems that each summer though, the trails are worse than they were the previous summer. Most of it is due to dirt bikes who ride the trails, especially in the spring and fall when the trails are muddy, they just tear the trails to pieces. Big ruts right down the middle. I mean, I don't mind dirt bikes, but I like clean trails more lol

Anyways, that www.trianglemountainbikes.com thats listed by google there has some great prices, might wanna check it out :)
