It looks good and smooth but there a rwo thing wrong with it before you release it, First off theres a tree hit and secondly when the track get too close to the ground the supports go into the track, but apart from that it look very exciting!

Chill out about that stuff. I'm not done with it yet. I assure you all of the collisions will be fixed and wide supports will be added before the final version is posted.

Looks quite nice! Is there a suprise in the beggining or somewhere in the layout? Because for 12000+ feet of track the ride felt short. I did notice those two issues that Matt pointed out, however he already posted em.

Here is a breakdown of the 3 min 26 sec ride...

0-60 seconds --- Departure from loading station to the top of the lift. (60 total)

60-98 seconds --- First drop, 6 airtime hills, apex of big drop. (38 total)

98-156 seconds --- Big drop, double-up, double helix, airtime hill, ground turnaround. (58 total)

156-196 seconds --- airtime, airtime, tunnel, laterals, more airtime. (this is the portion of the ride that was shown POV in the preview video, and is only 40 seconds worth of the whole ride.)

196-206 seconds --- final brakes, unloading station. (10 total)

In conclusion, I barely showed any of the ride off except the drop, the double helix, and the finale. There is still at least another minute of the ride, not counting the lift, that was left out. The length is just perfect... not enough to get bored, but enough to leave you completely breathless.

The point of this video was to showcase some of the best parts of the ride, and catch people's interest. The format of the video was supposed to be similar to GFA's preview video for Renegade, although I can't say that I'm a master of movies like he is.

Well the video is really poor IMO

Yeah, but that's just because of Fraps.
What you should do is plug your video camera into your tv out in the back of your video card and record it that way. it doesn't affect your computer like what Fraps does.
-edit- I have serious spelling issues[lol]

I don't really have sophisticated equipment. All I had to make this video was FRAPS and Windows Movie Maker. So, sorry for the crappy performance of my programs, but that's all I have.

I think it was good considering it was windovs movie maker and you don't have much movie-experience. And the ride seems good, but I fear it may be too long.

A bit of topic, but where can I find GFA's Renegade video?

You'd have to ask him for it personally... the link has expired.

oh yeah, what more do you have to do to it, also that tunnel is awsome, did you make it go into a 3Ds hill, or was it the terraformer, and how did you to it?

I started by making the basic terrain with the terraformer. I just let the coaster track go straight through the ground, and then lowered the terrain around the track to ground level. Finally, I created a 3ds block in Object Creator with the ground texture as its faces, and put several of them in the gap until it looked like the hole wasn't there.

As far as what is not done yet...

1. More smoothing
2. Tweaking of the double helix for proper g forces.
3. Wide supports
4. Queue line and stations
5. Completion of 3ds tunnel (there's still a big hole where it will be.)
6. Trees, bit of terraforming
7. Storyline
