Least Favorite woulc be Togo.
Ok, in all seriousness my post before was a joke. I don't have a least favorite designer/builder. I think all the designers out there have all had their up ands downs. Yes, even Togo has had its shining moments.
At the current time, my favorite designer/builder is Vekoma. They have always had great ideas and concepts.
Many people hate their standard SLC coasters, yet I think they are very decent rides. If Vekoma were to improve the track and trains in the future on their SLC coasters it would that much better. It has some decent forces, elements not seen on many other coasters and foot choppers and near supports misses coming from every direction.
And with their new Motorbike coasters and the track being installed on Expedition Everest they seem to be heading in a very, very good direction. I think the future is extremely bright for Vekoma and the many concepts they have.
I judge a coaster manufacturer on whether or not their rides make me grey out. My current favorite is B&M, because they make their coasters intense enough to be thrilling without making me feel like I'm going to black out and die [xx(]. Arrow and Vekoma are my least favorites, because Arrow's Tennessee Tornado and Vekoma's Face/OFF both made me grey out. Other than that, I wouldn't say that I don't like any coaster because of bad headbanging. I have never had a painful experience on a ride. You just have to remember to keep your head pressed back into the headrest if there is a horsecollar restraint.
I HATE TOGO Because of windjammer and Manhatten Express
You would have a better ride in a dump truck driving on a mine road with 8 foot pot holes in the road goind 85mph!
Definately Intamin #1, followed by B&M. I don't think Vekoma's as bad as everyone says, but they're not near the top of the list of my favorite designers. Bringing up the rear would be Togo and Dinn.
