I got kicked out of college after one semester, so my Christmas presents were Dave Espino's EBAY course from my mom, and $500 of startup money from my dad. And in a few months, I'll be getting a mini-DV camera for myself [:D]. And to top it all off, I got a week-long lecture from my mom about how stupid I was for getting kicked out of college, and how my future was ruined and how she was never going to get to retire now. Blah, blah, blah. And, like WWS, I got a huge credit card bill that took all the rest of the money I made at Cedar Point.
Well, there is a good side to all of this... in 2 months, I'll be making as much money as my mom, doing 1/4 as much work as she does. (selling on Ebay rules!) Then, this summer, I am going on an amusement-park-a-thon to the following locations*, taking videos as I go.
1. Cedar Point
2. Holiday World
3. Kennywood
4. Dollywood (Thunderhead, OH YEAH!)
5. Hersheypark (Storm Runner, baby.)
6. Dorney Park (HYDRA! HYDRA! HYDRA!)
7. Six Flags Great Adventure (Two words, KINGDA KA!)
8. Busch Gardens Tampa (SHEIKRA's gonna rock!)
* Fine Print: All of these location are subject to quantity of winnings playing Texas Hold'em Poker. If I don't win, I probably won't be going to any of these parks because of all the insurances and other costs I have to pay for. Health insurance, car insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, home insurance, flood insurance, and that's not including my car payments, credit card payments, inventory payments, and product shipment payments. Then, of coruse, there are the monthly internet and cable fees, the payments on my college loan, electricity costs, water bills, propane bills, home improvement costs, grocery costs, income taxes, sales taxes, school taxes, the charges for being an ebay seller, charges for using paypal, repairs on my car, the ever-increasing price of keeping the car full of gas, and that's not to mention my membership to ACE, subscription to magazines, amusement park annual passes which all just expired, and the cost of buying Christmas gifts for my entire family. Well, enough said. If I have left over money after all of that, I will be going on an amusement-park-a-thon this summer. Phew. Reality sucks, doesn't it?
