Ok, I just got back from Seabreze yesterday, and it was totally awesome!!!!

Where: Seabreeze, Rochester, NY
who: mom, me
when: 7/26/05
weather: warm, humid cloudy, lots of rain at end of day.

We got there at about 12:30 or so, and when we were going toward the main entrance, I saw the storage building, and whenI looked in, I saw a couple extra cars for Whirlwind, the park's Maurer Sohne Spinning Coaster. I got in, and to my dismay, the only ride in the park that went upside down, Screamin' Eagle, was closed for the day because they were waiting for a part. (Maybe Zamperla Hawk 24's are not as reliable as I think) That totally stunk.[:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!] So the first of the day was Whirlwind.

Whirlwind: 9/10 Totally an amazing ride, but I found the ride was practically forceless. The wait was about 5 minutes, and I got the front side of the car. The ride was short, but fun. Also one of the staff put some Spongebob dolls on the stairs right before the wild Mouse turn, about where you start spinning. The helix was fun, and the Horseshoe turn was probably the best part of the ride. Next up was Bobsleds.

Bobsleds: 7.8/10 i actually liked this ride quite a bit, even though it was only 31 feet tall. It was the most forceful coaster at the park, and was the roughest. The line was about 10 to 15 minutes long instead of it's usual 20 to 30. The USA car was being fixed, so the Jamaica car was out as a substitute. I liked the 18 inch tall hills before the lift that gave some floater air, and the helix was fun. There was also a very nice head chopper on the first main drop, and in the front,I had sme freefall generated. Next was Spring.

Spring: 7.75/10 This ride was a Moser drop tower, andI 'm guessing it was about 35 to 45 feet tall. The thing dropped you 9 times, about half of them were half way down. That gave alot of fun freefall, and I only had to wait one ride before I got on. Then I had Pizza for lunch and then I headed oer to Sea Dragon.

Sea Dragon: 9/10 Truly an amazing ride. The airtime on full swing was amazing, and it was near ejector quality, but it was drawn out for a long time when at full swing. The wait was only about 2 or 3 minutes. Then I headed to Gyrosphere.

Gyrosphere: 6.9/10 The ride is cool. It was an enclose Scrambler with a Laser Light Show. It wasn't as forceful as the one at Sylvan Beach, but it ran for like 5 minutes. There was alot of Graffiti on the fence near the end of the Queue line. I liked it. Fun, but not worth riding twice. Next was Tilt-A-Whirl.

Tilt-A-Whirl: 6.8/10 This was fun, but Tilt-A-Whirls are failing to grab my interest these days. I have ridden the one at Sylvan beach alot when I was a kid, so I got bored of them eventually. Then I went on Flying Scooters. Then Iwent on the 85 year old legend known as Jack Rabbit.

Jack Rabbit: 8.5/10 This ride was very good. It was actually almost as smooth as Lightning Racer, even though it is 80 years older. It's trains were re-painted this year from Orange and White to Red and Black. The ties on the pre kift turn didn't look in to good of shape, but I rode it anyway. The lne was the same as usual, 5 minutes long. I got the front seat. The first drop had some freefall sensations, brief though, and the first two hills had good floater air. But the climb to the turnaround had awesome ejector air. The double drop had very little floater and the next two hills had only floater. The tunnel was fun too. There was a cool drop in the tunel. Then I went on Flying Scooters.

Flying Scooters: 6.5/10 It was cool, but kinda tame. Then I went on Scenic Train.

Scenic Train: 7/10 I give this one a 7 because like all the other trains I went on at parks, they were placed well. This one gave a very good view of Log Flume. I sat in one of the non covered cars so I could get better shots of Log FLume. (I was taping rides at various times thorugh the day, but I find theose times are not necessary to be mentioned.) There was a tunnel at the end, and the ride was a little short. Next was Yo Yo.

Yo Yo: 7/10 I like this ride. It had the perfect placement right next to log Flume and close to the waterpark so you could have a fun Spin Dry. The tree placement generates good foot chopper effects. Then I went to the waterpark, and my first ride there was Zoom Flume.

Zoom Flume: 7.9/10 This one was cool. It had alot of twists and turns, and I think some of the Chlorine corroded a bit of the back of my throat and it burned a bit for a few minutes. Then I went on Radiical Run.

Radical Run: 7.9/10 This one had bigger drops than Zoom Flume, while ZF had more twists. I liked this one alot also. Next wa Banzai.

Banzai: 9/10 Holy crud this thing is awesome! The slide is between 70 and 80 feet tall like Zoom Flume and Radical Run (they are all on the same tower) but this one gets to the bottom on 2 drops. First you drop 1/5 the you drop the rest. Because when you hit the water so fast at the bottom, Seabreeze should consider renaming the slide Super Wedgie.[:p] Irode those a few times then Iwent on Rip Tide.

Rip Tide: 7/10 THis was the family slide, one of the only 2 tube slides in the park. It was okay, but the drops were very small, and pretty tame. Then I went on Vortex, the other tube slide.

Vortex: 7.45/10 This one was better, given it had bigger drops, more twists, and was completely enclosed. Then I went to Soak Zone.

Soak Zone:7/10 Fun, but it would have goten a 9 if I knew exactly where to stand to get wet the most. Then I played with the water cannons, getting wet and getiing other peop[le wet. That was fun. Then I went on Wipeout!

Wipeout!: 9/10 I loved this ride. All it was were two mirrored slides that did one twisting drop (360 degrees, kindal ike a heliz stretched out vertically) but on the second half, it pulls awesome lateral G's, about as much as SFDL's S:ROS's helix, and those were strong! I rode each one twice. Then Iheded over to the Wave Pool. simply known as The Wave.

The Wave: 7.7/10 I liked this one. This one had the biggest waves in a Wave Pool I ever went on. Unlike Waterslide World, you can go into deeeper water past your shoulder. That park was way to strict for that. I went on Zoom Flume again and Banzzai Twice. Then I headed over to California Cafe' to get a Slush Puppy and some fries. The I rode whirlwind another 3 times, Spring once more, Sea Dragon once more and Jack Rabbit twice more. The last time I rode Jack Rabbit, the thunderstorm strted, and we headed out to the car after that. Less than 1 minute after we got into the car, it started pouring, and pouring, and pouring. Luckily, we were in the car. it was about 6:30 when we got in the car, more than enough time to ride everything, and got home at about 8:00 PM.

Awards: Most forceful Waterslide award
most wedgie inducing waterslide award
most classic woodie award
best spinning coaster award
most forceful family coaster award
