Well I use Geocities and I know Tconwell uses Freewebs. That's like the only ones I know.

No, you need to get your hands on a professional coder, which is going to cost up up in the thouands to have them design something like this site

There's www.rapidshare.com , not great like imageshack but works. (since imageshack obviously only hosts images)
