What price are you looking at? For a $1000 or above I would suggest the Sony DCR PC350 miniDV video camera. Its very small and has awesome picture quality and can be found for around $850 (MSRP is $1299). For a camera under $700 I would go for the Canon Optura 300. You can find it for around $600 if you do some Searching (MSRP is $800 I think). And for under $500 I really don't know.

If you want to increase the quality of your onrides (this is essential for wooden coasters) get a good wide angle lens. None of the cheap ones, or it blurs the edges. A nice quality wide angle lens pulls the focus back and deletes alot of the shaking, especially on wooden coasters. This helps it be more steady and it also increases the sense of speed because its wider.

Best to ask Real about cameras

if you don't want to get a bumpy or shaky looking DON'T zoom in, The best is to have a wideshot cam then. What also can help against shaky and bumpy video's is holding them tight, but take the movements like your body goes, so don't try to hold the camera on one place, but add a smooth feeling to the video...

OMG,Xtreme15 is alive, Praise the gods!!!
as for camera, w/e floats your boat, personally, I'd go for a more expensive camera because it has better picture quality, as for the mini camera, um, I don't think so, but maybe, but unlikely.
