I have a crazy one from my school during a teacher vs student game.

Student drove to the sideline, then, up against the baseline he ran to the hoop. In Jordan style he jumped up, facing away from the hoop and heaved it up one handed from below his waist up into the air.

The ball sails up, bounces off the TOP of the backboard twice before falling down, right into the basket. It was just 100%pure luck to get 2 bounces then to fall in. That kids shot is amazing too. Any last second buzzer beater from the end of the court is pretty impressive.

Speaking of ridiculous luck like this, i did have an experience playing snooker a week or so ago that i wish i had a camera for. Scenario - Two red balls touching each other right at the opening on the bottom right pocket.My intention was to rifle shot one ball into another sinking the red and coming back to play on the black. But by some twist of luck my rifle shot caused the second red ball to shoot up in the air, run round the rim of the pocket and then onto the side of the table. The ball then continued to roll perfectly down the side of the table and dropped right into the middle pocket. I could hardly beleive my eyes, the ball most of rolled several feet down the side of the table without falling off the side and then even went in the pocket
